If you get a blank white page when trying to install Director, try the following:
1) If you have not already, make sure your server passes the server compatibility test.
2) Delete the slideshowpro folder from your server and re-upload it to make sure that everything makes it to the server. You may also want to try re-downloading the the installation package from the Account Center.
3) Enable debugging and see if any errors are output and if they are, contact support with what errors are being produced.
