Lost usernames and passwords for an installation of SlideShowPro Director on your own web server can obtained through one of the two following options:

1) Go to the login page for your Director install and click the "Lost username?" link. Supply either your username or email address for the user you created when setting up Director and the login details will be emailed to that address.

Note: The emailing of lost passwords is only available in Director 1.0.8 and above. If you don't see an applicable link, skip to #2 below.

2) If #1 does not work, you will need to access your database directly. Most web hosts provide the PHPMyAdmin utility in your control panel to browse your MySQL database data. If you can't figure out how to browse your database, either refer to your web host's help documentation or contact their support staff for technical assistance.

Once you are able to browse the MySQL database SlideShowPro Director is using, look for the table named "ssp_usrs." You will find all the logins for your install there.
