Can I use SlideShowPro for Flash on more than one web site?

You may embed SWFs published from either the Flash or Lightroom versions of SlideShowPro on any web site/domain at which you have administrative access, or the ability to upload assets through a web browser for display on a web page published by you.

Can I use SlideShowPro for client projects?

You may use SWFs containing SlideShowPro on any third party web site/domain not owned by you as long as you are acting as the administrator for the owner. SlideShowPro may not be used however on any web site/domain at which you are not an administrator for a third party to independently update with their own assets. Read the full License Agreement for more information.

I run a web service (or develop a software application) I'd like to bundle SlideShowPro with. Can I do that?

No. It is a violation of the single user software license agreement to embed/distribute a SWF containing SlideShowPro as part of a web service or inside your proprietary application and redistributing it. We do however offer a SlideShowPro OEM license to use the product in this manner. Read more in the OEM license agreement.

Can I resell the products to someone else after purchasing it?

When you purchase any of our products, you are purchasing a license to use them. Hence you cannot resell them.

I have the Flash authoring application on two machines — can I install SlideShowPro for Flash on both?

If you are the sole user of both, absolutely. If you're purchasing for multiple users, you should purchase one copy of SlideShowPro for each individual. Again, read the single user license agreement for complete information.
