Invalid archive after download

If you attempt to open a zip file you've downloaded from your account center and get a message regarding 'invalid zip files', here are some things to note:

• You browser must accept cookies or the download link will not work. Make sure cookies are turned on.
• Try turning off any 3rd party download tool (this may be interfering with our authentication method)
• Try using a different browser
• Try using a different archive utility
