The following steps are recommended when updating your current installation of SlideShowPro Player for Lightroom to ensure the extension correctly updates.
The download link on your account center page will always point to the latest release. Simply click the link again and you will download the latest version.
Navigate to the same folder you installed SlideShowPro Player for Lightroom to originally (see the Installation instructions if you need a refresher) and delete the "slideshowpro.lrwebengine" folder from "Web Galleries". If you installed the optional SlideShowPro Player for Lightroom templates to the "Web Templates" directory that's alongside "Web Galleries," delete those folders as well.
If you installed our optional Web Templates, remove those directories as well. The "Web Templates" directory should be located in the same folder you found "Web Galleries" in Step Two.
Remove all folders with a name that begins with SSP (e.g. 'SSP (Floating-Gray)').
Now repeat the Installation instructions with the updated version of SlideShowPro Player for Lightroom you downloaded.
If Lightroom is currently open, quit and relaunch the application. You'll know your update was successful by looking at the version number to the right of "SlideShowPro Player for Lightroom" in the gallery extension drop-down.
