The SlidePress button and drop down menu appear in Post and Page write/edit windows under the HTML editor tab. If you are not seeing the SlidePress button, be sure to check that the HTML editor is enabled.

From the WordPress Admin Dashboard, click your username in the header. This should bring you to User Options. The first option "Disable the visual editor when writing" needs to be un-checked for the HTML editor and SlidePress button to appear.
