As a new member of our community we'd like to take a couple of minutes to introduce you to the services, products and information available to you.
All software downloads are available in the SlideShowPro.net Account Center. You'll be asked to create an Account Center profile as part of the checkout process. Once created, you may sign-in to your Account Center profile anytime to download products. If at a later date you lose or delete your download(s), you may download your purchases again anytime through your profile.
We're constantly improving all our products. Anytime a new downloadable software product is updated, we'll post it to the Account Center and notify you through our blog, Twitter feed, and monthly newsletter (distributed at the end of each month). You may also check our support index to see the latest versions of everything we offer.
From the basic to the advanced, everything there is to know about each SlideShowPro product is here in the wiki. If you're a new user of a product, we recommend reading that product's installation and quick start guides to get up and running quickly.
As part of your product purchase, we offer a number of free accessory utilities and add-ons that extend and enhance our software. Check them out by signing-in to the Account Center, then click on the "Accessories" tab on your profile page.
All products come with free technical support. Our stellar support team (they really are!) will answer all your questions in a timely manner. To contact the team, submit a support ticket anytime.
The SlideShowPro Community Forums is where the SlideShowPro community communicates with one another. It's a good place to start discussions, provide product feedback, and ask for assistance from other users. Our support staff participates in discussions as well, but if you have a product support request we recommend contacting the team directly (see above).
Every month we feature examples of web sites built by the SlideShowPro community using our products. If you build something you'd like to share, submit it to us. We'd love to see it and may feature it in our monthly newsletter and on our web site.
